Building the Future of Football
Our junior football programme provides structured, high-quality coaching to children aged 5 to 16, building fundamental skills while developing a lifelong love for the sport. We believe that every child who learns to play football well also learns how to be a better teammate, a better student, and a better member of our community.
Certified coaches lead sessions multiple times per week, covering ball control, passing, positioning, movement, and — most importantly — how to play as a unit. Sessions are designed to be both demanding and fun, keeping young athletes engaged, motivated, and always improving.

Coaching With Passion
The quality of our coaching team is the heart of our programme. Our coaches are not just football experts — they are mentors who understand that their relationship with each young player shapes not just that player's game, but their character. We select coaches who lead by example, inspire with patience, and celebrate every small victory.
Regular inter-club tournaments, friendly matches with teams from across Harghita County, and participation in regional competitions give our young players the competitive experience they need to grow. Each match — win or lose — is a lesson in resilience, strategy, and grace.

Football is a mirror of life. It demands that you work as part of a group, sacrifice for the collective good, communicate clearly, and keep going when things get difficult. Our junior players are not just learning a sport — they are developing the habits, attitudes, and relationships that will serve them for life.
The friendships formed on Bălan's football pitches are friendships for life. We see children arrive as strangers and leave as teammates. We see shy kids become vocal leaders and bold kids learn to listen. Football does that. And Bălan's football programme is doing it every week.
