Bălan has always had great athletes. What it has lacked is an infrastructure that matches their talent and ambition. The Stadium & Sports Complex Renovation project is our answer to that gap — a comprehensive transformation of two key venues that will serve our community for generations to come.
The plan includes upgraded playing surfaces, improved spectator facilities, modern changing rooms and equipment storage, enhanced lighting and safety systems, and accessible design for all community members.
